WHAT WE OFFER
OSSC, offers but not limited to, 5 and 10 urine panels, Instant/ERO iCup, Oral fluids/Buccal Swabs, 5 and expanded hair follicle panels and Breath Alcohol(EBT) with print out results. We have available for ordering these tests, state of the art, eCCFs/Paperless software program, which allows for accuracy with proper specimen collections and result reporting to our clients in a timely manner.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring with you, the authorized barcode number via cell phone or printed copy from your email, your physical driver’s license or state ID. Drink plenty of fluids before arriving at the collection facility, if a urine drug collection is ordered. Please wear a mask before entering the clinic, thank you.

OSSC, scheduling services are flexible to fit the fast changing needs of our customers. With that in mind, we have same day appointment scheduling, so give us a call at, 586-350-0900, to speak with a live person to assist you with your collection needs. We will turn no one away walk-ins are welcome!

who we are
OSSC, provides specimen collection services that offers, DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol collections/screenings at your convenience. Our services are tailored to meet the needs of our local communities, employers, local school systems, individuals, treatment agencies and state services. Drug and Alcohol collection services are provided for but not limited to, reasons for test pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion/cause, post-accident, promotion, return to duty, follow-up, divorce, child custody, court ordered and probation, follow-up or other.
GUIDELINES
OSSC follow, 49-CFR Part 40-US (DOT), HIPAA, SAMHSA, protocols. Companies that are regulated or individually employed, OSSC offer required DOT drug collections for FRA, PHMSA, FAA, USCG, FMCSA and FTA.
